我国石斛质量标准建立研究进展

摘要:石斛为我国道地中药材,具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、降血糖等功效,并有丰富的药用价值和悠久的入菜历史,也是当今功能性食品市场的重要原料之一,深受消费者喜爱。药食同源产品认证能促进石斛产业发展。标准化是石斛药食同源产品认证与产业发展的重要基石,但目前我国石斛质量标准暂无系统性的整理与归纳,极大制约了产业的进一步壮大。该文从已纳入标准的石斛种、质量标准建立现状以及质量技术要求三个维度对我国石斛质量标准进行综述,探讨现存的主要问题并提出对策建议,以期为石斛质量标准的建立与修订以及健康型产业发展提供参考。

Research Progress on the Establishment of Quality Standard of Dendrobium in China

Abstract: Dendrobium, a renowned traditional Chinese medicinal herb in China, possesses multiple efficacies including immunity enhancement, antioxidant and hypoglycemic effects. It has rich medicinal value and a long history of serving as food, is also one of the important raw materials in the functional food market today and deeply loved by consumers. Product authentication of medicine and food homology promotes the development of the Dendrobium industry. Standardization is an important foundation for Dendrobium’s medicine and food homology product authentication and industrial development, but there is no systematic arrangement and induction of quality standards of Dendrobium in China at present, greatly restricting the further growth of the industry. In this paper, the quality standards of Dendrobium in China were summarized from three aspects: Dendrobium species that have been included in the standards, the current situation of quality standard establishment and quality technical requirements. The main problems were discussed and countermeasures were put forward in order to provide a new reference for the establishment and revision of Dendrobium quality standards and healthy industrial development.
